Strong internet and then meet this. Are King studio too lazy to fix it?

@NamTruong2001, I checked my game on my 3 devices. I get the same error message on all devices. Both, if I want to take life, send a request. Just like that on the tab "send life". So when I want to send life, the same error message comes up.

It seems to be a general mistake. I will prepare a report to the studio for our CM.

@NamTruong2001 you can please tell me your device type and the version number. I added my Android device, version 6.0 and 8.0 to the report to the studio. If you're using a different device, I'd love to add that.

Hi all

I Have been trying to request lives from friends in Blossom. Every time I do I get an "operation failed" message. My Internet connection is fine including in other King games. When I try to contact help I cannot select a topic as no list appears and you cannot type in the box but cannot progress without a topic. This comes on top of previously requesting lives and where I used to get loads get hardly any now so some restriction seems to have been imposed.

Any ideas please?
