What do I do the screen on this game only keeps locking up and I've uninstalled and reinstalled... What now?

Please try our standard bug fixes first:

- check your free memory, you need at least 2 GB

- search for updates in your store and export them

- go to settings and clear the cache

- Turn off your device to keep it off for at least 10 seconds.

- When you turn your device back on, let me know if the error still occurs.
