Everyday I have a reward. But after clicking the Claim Reward button, the screen stays grayed. I have to restart the app every time. This started to happen two weeks ago.
I came here to report the same problem.
The game is freezing after I receive the daily gift. Then I need to restart the game for playing. Iām using iOS with the latest update. Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm sorry you have a frozen screen issue when you pick up your daily reward. I also had this problem for about a week and reported it.
A few hours ago there was a correction from the studio and a new update. I did it and now my screen doesn't freeze anymore.
Please check your store to see if you also have an update. Run ews and tell me if your problem is solved.
