Do you still have the old device and were you logged into the game there? If you played online and were logged in to the game, you can log back in on the new device with the same account and it should be at the same level as your old device.
If you weren't logged in and your old device is still functional, go to the app there and log in to the game. Then your progress will be recorded and should be identical with the same account on all devices.
