why have i started at the beginning again

i was lvl 470 yet when i go into the game i have to start from level 1 and i do that so not to lose any lives but then takes me to level 2 but level 3 and the other levels are all locked i do have a proplem with all the king games except for 2 of them but what happens with the others are not as bad as this one the other ones i dont get the daily reward on some of them or i cant ask friends for lives but this game im having to start right from the befinning and cant ask friends for lives

@Tonya_Scanlon this is probably related to the general problems you've had since the Facebook outage.
Can you please take me a screenshot when you open the game. I'd like to take a look at the bug.

i have sorted it, it was due to something i started using to stop trackers, i disabled it and i did the 1st level like i always have to do after i clean my cache but it then took me to level 470 which i have now completed
