I'm sorry that your progress isn't recorded correctly and you had to redo the same level.
Please try our standard fixes first:
- Check for and run updates for your device and app
- clear the cache (Attention: do not delete the data!)
- Force Close All Apps- Turn off your device for at least 10 seconds
- After turning it on, make sure you have a stable internet connection. If necessary, switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi.
If that doesn't help, please let us know your device specification (brand, version).
