when i clean my cache which i do everyday before i log off my computer, i end up having to start at level 1 but if i dont clean my cache i go straight to my level here are 3 screenshots 1st will be after cleaning cache, 2nd will be the level im on, 3rd will be the level i go to without cleaning my cache why is this cause obviously you need to clean the cache. I play only via facebook
Hi @Tonya_Scanlon this is a specific problem when playing in the browser (Facebook) and has nothing to do with the game itself.
I recommend that you play in the app. The Blossom Blast Saga app is available on the App Store, Google Play Store, Amazon appstore, and Microsoft Store (look here). In the app, you'll also get a daily booster as a login reward.
