I can not request lives

I have my settings on Public, but it still will not let me request more lives from friends.

Hi @Brenda_Moniz this seems to be related to whether you want to play on Facebook and not in the app. I don't play on Facebook and can only recommend the articles from our 📕Help Center.
Have you ever tried to download the app to your computer and log in there with your Facebook account?
In the app, you get a booster every day and it's much more convenient to request lives from friends.
