Hmm, I find this really strange because both sound and music work for me. I'll ask our CM if she can ask in the studio that maybe only certain devices are affected. My Android device is Android 9 and 13 and my laptop is Win11.
I assume that the speaker of your devices is not muted.

Hi @NamTruong2001 That's weird. Have you ever tried to do our standard bug fixes:
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible. Cache: Clear cache Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
I use Android 12 and Windows PC and music is also not played in both platform even turning it on except sound.
Hi @NamTruong2001 I also have the new version 100.178.0 installed and I have sound and music playing (although I had actually turned it off). I then turned on the sound and music and restarted my app and the music continues to play. I play on Android and Windows11, so I couldn't find the error on these platforms. On which platform does this happen for you?
