Does anybody know how to pass this level there is no way to get that flower up on the right hand top!!!!

Yes you cannot link that Bud to other flowers. So the only way to hit it is to link enough flowers to create Super Bloom flowers by linking same colour flowers (you will need 37 minimum on the bar). Super flowers need to be positioned under the empty spots located on the left or below the Bud to have an impact. On the right side, the super flower would be too far to hit the Bud. You will need 2 of those super flowers to bring the Bud to blossom.
