In level 349, you have to connect as many large flowers as possible to clear the foliage so you can reach the flowers hidden beneath the foliage. If possible, connect flowers of the same color with the flower you need to open, or create combinations of other flowers that explode next to your flower. You can see an example in this online video. Let me know what other information you need.
