Lost all of my lives from friends and others

I logged on today and all my free lives and I'm not sure what is going on. I had over 600 lives.

I'm sorry you no longer see any lives from your friends in your envelope after logging in today.

Why did you log out, anyway? I never do that and I've never lost lives that way. I just want to understand why this is happening.
