Hi @grefia but if you're playing on Facebook on your tiny phone, the game is even smaller than in the app. Or what device do you use for Facebook?

no. i cannot play games on a tiny phone screen. I have vision issues

I'm sorry that happened to you. Have you tried playing this level in the app instead of on Facebook? It looks like it's a Facebook-specific issue.

If you play in the app instead of Facebook, you'll receive a daily reward every day:

The boosters from the daily reward often help to complete a level more easily.

You can download the app from your store (Microsoft Store if you have a Windows computer or Google Play Store if you have a Chromebook). You can then log in to the app with the same email address you use for Facebook.
