Thanks for posting on King Care.
I haven't seen any promotions for free boosters yet so if you need them you will have to use some gold bars to purchase them. I got a few free boosters when they first unlocked but that's it. Maybe in the future they will add some new promos.

The free boosters were tirned off while updates were being donw to the game.
It sounds like you are logging in using your Facebook login. If so, then you need to make sure the Blossom Blast app notifications are turned on in your Facebook settings.
Lives received from Facebook friends are notifications sent in Facebook. If you update Facebook, change your profile, reinstall the Facebook app or even update its app software, those Facebook notifications may get lost.
So check your settings in Facebook and you should start receiving your friends lives again.

The boosters have been temporarily turned off while the design studio does some upgrades to the game. Kerp checking periodically for new updates.
As for the bars, the only way to receive gold bars in the game right now is to purchase them. The community has contests in which you have a chance to win gold bars. Check them out here:

Yes @claire1969 No one is receiving boosters right now. Within the next few weeks the game should be updated and we should all be receiving boosters again.

@zainab786 First thing is to make sure your game is up to date, log out and restart your device then log back in. Keep your device up to date and see if this improves your problem

Hi there, have you tried the simple troubleshooting technique as suggested by Freddy? If yes and it doesn't work, then please wait for Debbie's assistance.
Normally in CCS, special features or events are still at testing stage and only roll out to randomly selected player for trial. Thus, it is not permanent. However, it may reappear again if you get to be selected. This is just an info. Let's wait for Blossom Blast Game Expert/Superstar's comments.
It appears that there is a widespread problem with the game. The daily boosters have disappeared from my game too. I've completed all the troubleshooting and nothing has helped.
I'll report this to the Company Manager, but since its a weekend, it may be Monday before it's corrected.

I don't know what hapoened to the bonuses. Yesterday morning they were all gone, and a couple of other players reported it too.
I've already tried all the troubleshooting that I know. I think it must be something with the game.
The CMs will be back in their offices tomorrow, so I'll let them know there's a problem.
