Game auto-deletes levels???

Ok what happened? I have just reported level 1969 and now I was brought back to level 1940. What is really happening?
The game had 2100 levels at first, but now it only has 1940. ???

Edited to tell you I reported this. In the meantime, have you tried the usual troubleshooting things? Do you play on a computer instead of a phone, or both?

Web stopped updating levels so that I can't play further like Candy Crush Jelly anymore.
And this issue, it had been happening twice and this is the third time. Since the release of ep 82, the game always deletes levels when a new episode released and only gives back 1940 levels available.

I'll ask the tech team about this right away (thanks for the heads-up, @debrichmond ❤️). Can you please confirm we're talking about Blossom Blast Saga?
Also, it would be very helpful to know the app version you're using.

@NamTruong2001 I was informed that the problem with the map is now fixed! You may need to close the app before the map opens up all the way.

Hi.
I have the same problem with blossom blast saga for iphone, I was sent back to level 1940 after I updated to version 100.4.0.1 and have no available levels after that even though I have played so much more. Does that mean I’ve lost all my progress after level 1940? Also, how do I get the map to show me the newer levels again?

Please first try these troubleshooting things on your iPhone before I report this again: close out of the app; turn off your iPhone and wait for at least 10 seconds before restarting it; check for updates for the app; free up some memory if you can by clising unused apps or deleting some photos or videos; and clear the cache in your browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc); now log back into the game.

I have tried all the troubleshooting but I still have no new levels, only 1940.
there are no new updates as this happened when I updated to the latest one, and yes I have double checked.
