Level 731 freezing

Level 731 keeps freezing on me. I have to force close the app and then open it back up and start again. I’m wasting all of my lives.
I clicked on the help link in the post at the top, and it says I don’t have permission to view it.

I can play the other levels with no issues.
l’ve re-started my iPad and re-installed the game app. Neither helped.

First try these troubleshooting things: close out of the app; turn off your device and wait for at least 10 seconds before restarting it; check for updates for the app; free up some memory; now log back into the game.
If the troubleshooting doesn't help, then take a look at your map. Do you have gold stars showing for each level up to 731? If not, go back to the first level that doesn't have a star and play it again. See if that helps.
If not, then send me your game ID and the game version of your app. You can find your ID by going to your game profile and double tapping on the King symbol.
I don't know why the help center wouldn't let you use it unkess you tried before you joined King.
