Is anyone else having trouble with the game loading? Mine will only load to 93%

There are a few people experiencing issues with the game loading
Try checking your device and game are up to date, log out and clear the cache from your browser entirely. restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue.
If not try using another up to date browser.
If you still are having issues you will need to contact customer support to see if they can help with your issue

I haven't been able to play Blossom Blast through Facebook for a while so I'm thinking it might have been removed from the platform.
➡️ However, I play the game using an emulator on my Win10 PC for Google Play & on my Fire Tablet using an apk. In both cases, I log in using my King account.

@Cinsu hello. Luckily I found you by the person I tag above. And yeah, I have the same problem on Facebook, too.
The game loads to 93% and it is suddenly stopped forever. I have reloaded, even reopened the browser but it doesn't work. It still happens on King.com, too.
Is studio making fun of our patience? 😠
Exactly @NamTruong2001, same thing happens to me, loads to 93% on FB and doesn't even load on King. 😔
@DieOmimi, you are one lucky lady! 😁 Did you download the app on mobile through Google App Store? I have only had success with that, other than that nothing else works that why I had to resort to emulators & apk.
Hi everyone! I don't use Facebook, but I used to like to play sometimes in Win 10 on my laptop. I haven't been able to get it to load in months. I usually play on a mobile device and that works great. It just was nice to use my big screen when I was sitting at my desk instead of the little screen on my phone.
Let's see if @Lola_Pop has been able to get the Studio to look at this problem. I hope they haven't decided to only support the apps.
