Orchids

That’s a good question @frenioz00 . So in real life there’s no such thing called true blue color in Orchid, and Vanda Coerulea is the closest one to blue ( kinda like bluish purple ). This orchid was found for the first time in Assam, India by Dr. William Griffith in 1837.
* just like the coat on dog, is it really blue or dark grey 🤔

Oh wow, @mysticalmysty, you are orchidclopaedia! 😊
I had to Google the coat on dog part of your comment above to even dare to answer... and ended up looking at pictures of the Hairless Peruvian Inca Orchid dog!!! #Lol 😂 I'll post a picture of it on @Sukanta_Biswas' Discussion Share Funny Animal Pictures so as not to mess up your Thread.

I think the coat on dog on yours, @mysticalmysty, is dark grey. What is it on this one above? 🤔

So I should get that one then, @mysticalmysty. My husband @MAW1972 can grow anything but I don't do well with plants. But he has been trying to convince to get either bonsai trees or Orchids in the house. Perhaps I should get a bonsai Moth Orchid! 🙃
(The stuff I am learning as I surf across the different Discussion is amazing! I would have never thought there is such thing as a bonsai Orchid, let alone know now that this is a Moth Orchid. I'll keep coming back with more questions, for sure!)

@mysticalmysty I want @frenioz00 to get this. Maybe you can convince her!

🌷 Leaving this one here ⬇️ in case @mysticalmysty sees it. 🤗
This Orchid was painted earlier today by my step-daughter. Thought it fits this thread & it also reminded me my flower friend @debrichmond. ❣️ 🌹
