I have brought gold bars at least 3 times and they never show up what is the problem

Don't worry! How about you try following these steps (Purchase Issue/Problem) that I hope this helps. 😊

If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they help you but it taken longer.
