Why won't it let me accept the lives people have sent me?

In your blossom blast game it won't let me accept the lives that my friends have sent

Have you checked for updates for your device and apps?

Make sure you're well connected too, either to your Kingdom or your Facebook account.

I already have accepted successfully lives from my friends in Blossom Blast Saga.
