Why don't my friends receive ticket request stuck on level 40 can't continue till I get a ticket

Hi Emma,
Check for updates for your mobile and your apps.
Make sure you have a strong internet connection and double check your Facebook or Kingdom connection within the game app (make sure you're connected within the game itself;-)

I've done everything that troubleshooting offers and still no luck getting past the road block.

i am also unable to move past this level bc friends don't seem to be getting my messages
