Blossom Saga level 46 won't show up

I have finished level 45 a few times now and it will not let me advance to level 46. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Hi Mommakay,

Check for updates for your device and apps and do a restart.

Make sure you have a strong internet connection and that you are well connected to either your Facebook or your Kingdom account too.
