Went back and been trying to get three stars to see if the meter moves and still don't....
It'll probably be the same as when they released their other new games, only one booster was there and more were added slowly down the line but I could be wrong. Can't say I've had any problems with the star meter, you should play a level until you have 1 move left and take a screenshot of the screen and post it back here f you can, give the Moderators something to see.
