Why do I keep getting bumped back down to levels I've beat?

I have been bumped back down to lower levels I have already beat as if I haven't beaten them! It's happened twice and now I am stuck playing levels about 5 games back from what I should be. What do I do? I even spent money to beat a level I have already beaten trying get back up to the level I should have already been on!

I am and have been logged in. I have all of it setup

Did you use to play connected to your Facebook account or your Kingdom account?

That is crucial in order to keep your progress saved no matter what. It's easy to do;

Open the game app and select the cogwheel. This brings you to settings where you should select the orange symbol.

Choose an avatar and a nickname, enter your email address, choose a password (and remember it ;-) and go back to your level. Done!

Why does the game suddenly start playing for me?
I just started playing blossom blast, and like every other game from King I have tried the game suddenly starts playing for itself. In the blossom blast game this effect is called flower power. This effect is why I end up getting annoyed,aggrevated,and frustrated so I delete the game. So why can't there be an option in the…
Why bother getting 3 stars
I am level 1313, and the entire time I have been playing this game, I have always wondered what’s the difference of getting 1,2, or 3 star? There is no incentive to strive for 3 star since I don’t see getting anything but higher points.
