Blossom blast saga wont open

On level 72 when game loads up and I hit play the screen is blank but I can hear the music playing. Some times it just sets on loading never opens

Shut down the app fully, restart your phone and try and open it again. If this doesn't work I would check if your phone RAM is full or maybe the memory is full?
