My blossom blast saga level 130 has three 60 sets, which cannot be beaten after the update the level didn't change to three sets of 30 as other players, I don't know what to do

Hello, I'm having trouble with level 103. No matter what I do, I can't win. When I tap on the chocolate fish power-ups, instead of helping, they move to unnecessary chocolates and prevent me from winning. Please address this so I can pass this level.
