After you select retry and then press the button "play" it automatically prompt that you have no more moves and end one life!!

Which version of the game do you have on your tablet?
I suggest you first check if there's any updates to the game:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.king.blossomblast for Android or https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/blossom-blast-saga/id973482525?mt=8 for iOS.
If you have the latest version then the next step would be to re-install the game. Please make sure that you've first have the game connected to Facebook or Kingdom (in order to save your game progress, highscores and gold bars)
