Blossom Blast issue

upon reaching level 153, game crashed whilst I was accepting lives. When I re opened the game, it gets hung up on the 'loading' screen. I am running on Chrome. Is there any solution save for uninstalling, and reinstalling game?

Running on Chrome? If you're playing on mobile it will be either Android, iOS, Windows or Kindle no?

The option to save your progress is in the game by connecting to either a Facebook or Kingdom account.
