Why is it almost impossible to send and receive lives after the latest update on the game?

after the latest update it is impossible to send or receive lives. the games goes in to facebook and then back to the game om the phone, but nothing happens. no lives sent or received!!! FIX IT, PLEASE!!!!!!!!

Hi livva1980!

I suggest you connect to Kingdom (the orange button with the crown)

Kingdom has a large community of players and you'll receive more lives and faster help for the road blocks.

I'm not sure why it not always works on Facebook but if you follow my advice you should be able to send and receive lives without any issues.
