How do I get rid of a neighbor on my ladder?

I need to have a player removed from my neighbor bar. They aren't friends with me on FB. This person always has 3, 5 and 10 x's more score then anyone else, insanely and impossibly high scores. Even on levels there is no way they can. Not in my play center either. This is on Blossom Blast.

If they are not on your Facebook then I'm guessing that they are a Kingdom player correct? I haven't seen a way to delete or remove players from the Kingdom. If your only issue is their score and they are not being abusive etc then I would say just don't let it bother you.
