Level 79 how many moves? I only have 11

i only have eleven moves on level 79 blossom blast. How do I fix this problem? Cannot complete the level on 11 moves.

Nope still have 11 moves and unable to complete without the use of shovels. I even uninstalled the game and reinstalled. Just a glitch, I guess.

I see that the level has been updated. It has 20 moves when I passed it. The number of moves shouldn't matter as they will have changed it so it can be done. It's just gonna be more challenging!
