What level are you on? Maybe you have already played all levels currently available.
My experience is that they always answer, but you might have to be a little patient as millions of players might have questions like you and me.

I am level 1313, and the entire time I have been playing this game, I have always wondered what’s the difference of getting 1,2, or 3 star? There is no incentive to strive for 3 star since I don’t see getting anything but higher points.
