I purchased ten bars but they haven't arrived! Plus crashing problems!

I purchased ten bars but they haven't arrived, plus how can I stop the game from crashing on my iPad without the need of disabling th internet to play? I update the game when needed so what is the problem? It's very frustrating as it costs me lives, and crashes when I nearly complete levels!
