I was at level 45, and now I am over level 100, I didn`t play. when I open the game on my phone, it`s on level 45, we I open it on my PC, its over level 100. wath`s the problem?

I am level 1313, and the entire time I have been playing this game, I have always wondered what’s the difference of getting 1,2, or 3 star? There is no incentive to strive for 3 star since I don’t see getting anything but higher points.
