How come I cannot log into an existing king account through Blossom Blast app?

In the Blossom Blast app, It is impossible to log into an existing king account. When I enter the username and password and press enter, nothing is happening. Also, the 'Sign in' button cannot be pressed. I have tried restarting my tablet and reinstalling the app, and nothing solves the problem. Is anyone else having the same problem?

I've verified and the username and password i enter are correct since I've used them in another king app.

I checked this in my game and it happened when I didn't put in a full or correct email, might be something to check.

There are no error messages. The sign in button stays greyish (not orange) after I enter the username and password. I've also press the enter button and nothing is happening. So weird!

Hmm, can you post up a screenshot of these errors that you see.

I'm not connected with facebook. Also, I've deleted and reinstalled the app and the problem is still present.

Maybe you're already connected with Facebook? That might prevent you from connecting. Disconnect in the settings then go back to the Kingdom and try again.

Check also that you have the latest game update
