Asking for purchase

I'm using Iphone 5S, and when I tried to download "blossom blast saga" app, its asking me to make payment. While my brother, who is having Iphone 6S is able to download it for free. We both are having same OS, IOS 10. Can you explain me why?

That's weird, can you take a screenshot and post it here to see what this looks like? Logically speaking, if the game hasn't downloaded yet then the payment request will be coming from the app store and not the game.
