Moved app to new iPad. Music does not play.
Hi @maehem Welcome to our community. In my game Blossom Blast Sage the sound works perfectly. Both the "click sounds" and the background music.
Please check in your settings that it is not turned off:
Also, go to your device's volume controls. With some devices you can adjust the sound effects for media separately. Please check it in the advanced settings of your device.

Have you checked the volume and sound settings on your new device? With the same settings as your old device, is it the case that nothing can be heard on the new device? So no button clicks and no background music?
Please let me know so we can report it to the studio if needed.

@DieOmimi thanks so much for your responses! Unfortunately, yes, both my music and sounds are on within the game, and my device volume is up as well. My sound works on all of my other games – some King games, some non-King games.
I am playing on a fourth generation iPad Air, iOS version 15.5.
The issue began appearing in the update prior to the most recent one; in fact I saw there was an update available last week and was hoping that would correct it, but unfortunately the issue remains 😞

Hi. I have this same problem.
This is the bad update of this game. When I open the app, they suddenly TURNED OFF the music from scratch. I must enter the Setting icon and enable it. And then after I close the app and reopen it, music is still TURNED OFF.
I'm about to post this issue, but I think @maehem did it.

@mahemalini @rksg6565 @NamTruong2001 the error has been reported to the studio and they are working on troubleshooting. I'll let you know when the studio gets in touch that there's a fix. Please be patient.
hey all, I quite by accident figured out what the problem was here. I think there was a conflict between my iPad and my HomePod, because a few minutes ago I asked my HomePod, “Hey Siri, what’s the forecast for tonight?“ My HomePod told me the forecast and then as soon as it was done speaking the Blossom blast music came blaring out of my iPad! I cannot explain why that didn’t affect any other games, but my sound is working now!
