Lost all my lives sent to me

I just got a new phone and when I synced it up to my game, all of the lives I had saved up in my inbox are gone! How can I retrieve them?

Hello Beth,

Lives, along with boosters are saved directly to your device's memory. This means that they do not transfer between devices.

Lives in the game refresh for free so you are still able to play and enjoy the game.
