I am at level 249 on my phone, but when I use my I-pad I cannot advance past 240, even after passing

I am at level 249 on my phone, but when I use my I-pad I cannot advance past 240, even after passing the level in blossom blast. any suggestions?

First check that you've got the latest updates installed on both of your devices. If that doesn't do it then disconnect from Facebook/Kingdom and reconnect yourself again to get your games to be synced again.
