Hi @zainab786, the freezing screen has been since the last update. I can still pick up my daily reward. The daily reward comes first when I open the app. I then pick up the daily reward and close the app (I have to close it "hard", either via the "x" on Windows or the home button on mobile devices).
If I then open the app again, I can play normally.
The problem was reported by me. But I don't have an answer from the studio yet.

@zainab786 when I open my app, it looks like this:
Then I go to the green button "Pick up reward". The game gives with the reward without me being able to see it. Because the screen looks like this afterwards and I can't do anything except finish hard:
No matter where I click, nothing happens.
Since I wasn't sure if the rewards would be credited, I went back into the game after finishing it hard ("x" in Windows, Home button on mobile devices). I then called up my next level and made myself a shrine shot with my supplies. The next day the same and I saw that the reward was added to my supplies.
Here are my supplies today:
Tomorrow it would have to be a watering can and a color palette more.
I will post a recent screenshot tomorrow where you can see that I received the reward.

Hi DIeOmimi mine didn't work.😭😭 I opened my game and did what you suggested but, I didn't get my reward. ☹ never mind. You win some you lose some. I haven't had my daily reward for almost a week now .since beginning to thisweek. Hope they can fix the issue. I did take a screenshot shot yesterday to see if, I will get a daily reward today.
This was taken yesterday and it's the same today.
