  • Hi. I have this same problem, too. Still receive Daily Reward but the screen access was blocked (look at the time).

    @NamTruong2001, a fix is being worked on. I didn't have a message until Friday when the bug will be fixed. I hope to find out more on Monday and then get in touch.

    hello for the last few days ive loaded blossom blast and it takes to to the 1st lvl i then have to refresh in order to get to the lvl i am at but i lose a live for doing this i have 2 pics i can show u 1st is after i have refreshed and as u can see i now only have 4 lifes left not 5 like i should have and also my lvl which is 222, 2nd pic is the first loading of the game why is this

    Hi @Tonya_Scanlon welcome to the Blossom Blast Saga forum.

    I'm sorry you have a bug in the game. At the moment I have the mistake that after picking up the daily reward, I have to restart my game in order to play. I haven't noticed yet that I'm losing a life in the process. 

    The studio is currently working on a bug fix and is still doing some testing. I hope that there will be an update soon and we can play normally again.

    I ask for your patience.

    @Lola_Pop My daily reward is still not get back. And today my new three daily rewards are disappeared again!!???

    I can confirm that my iPhone operating system is up-to-date and so is the game version. Checked Windows 11 too. Still getting the black screen. It's only happening when I claim the daily rewards. If I go back into the game later on in the day it does open to the game.

    @DieOmimi .thanks for the info. I logged in this morning and it's still the same. I am contact with king help desk. I just sent them another email yesterday. Because, they emailed me to ask if the issue is still there. Well get there.
