I have reached 103,940 on level 15 of Blossom Blast. Why do I only have 2 stars?

I see someone named Helen has 3 stars on Blossom Blast with a score less than 90,000. Is this game broken? My score of over 103,000 should get more than 2 stars. I also may quit using this if it isn't fixed.
