Hello there Morfoula! Are you playing in the Kingdom (connected to FB or through King.com)? If you are connected through these, then your progress won't be saved, unfortunately. If you are, you can try clearing your cache on your device (desktop, laptop, phone, etc.) and even disconnecting and reconnecting to FB (if you are connected that way) or uninstalling and then reinstalling the game (on a phone, etc.).
