Blossom Blast will not load this morning. Was fine last night. I tried upgrading app but same results. Orange screen then nothing. Other King games load with no issues.

Also happened with another iOS upgrade earlier this year. If you remove it and then add it back you lose everything and go back to level 1, if you’ve not joined the community before

I can’t open blossom blast as well. Is this a result of loading ios12?

Hi Cherry,

On your phone usually pressing and holding the app icon will give the option to uninstall. Then you can reinstall from the app store. On Facebook in the top right you can click on more beside my games then the cog wheel of the app you wish to remove. At the bottom of that window click remove app. You can add games by clicking on find games in the my games windows, searching for a game and selecting play now.

I am really sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I can see that quite some time has passed, are you still experiencing a problem?

Every time I try to play blossom blast it starts to load than it returns me to my home page.
