Blossom blast freezing after using gold bars

I accudentally clicked the "use 9 gold bars" to continue my game and the game froze... I closed it and tried opening it again but i will not open...this has happened before and i usually end up uninstalling the game and then re-installing it again...im at a higher level now and i do not want to uninstall it..what do i do?

First check that you device is supported and run through the steps here:

You shouldn't lose your levels though if you uninstall the game. Just make sure you're synchronized with a Facebook/Kingdom account.

I have had this issue also. It's frustrating that I pay for the gold bars then the game freezes. This is the second time this has occurred.
