Can't send or receive anything from Fb friends

everytime I try to send lives or ask for help from my Fb friends it takes me to the opening king logo in the beginning my gf is on the same level 40 and we can't help each other

That doesn´t sound right. Have you done some troubleshooting on your tablet, like checking for updates for your tablet and both your Blossom Blast Saga and Facebook app?
Restart your tablet afterwards.
Also check both on your Facebook homepage under ´settings´ ´apps´ ´Blossom Blast Saga´ if you have given the necessary permissions to the game to access your contact list.

My girlfriend and I have both tried that. We can help and receive help from Fb friends on our phones (android) but not our iPads
