Blossom blast will not open level 301

I recently passed level 300 and my picture moved to level 301. When I try to open it to play, it only pops my name up at the bottom of my screen. I am attempting in my phone.

Hello all,
I’m delighted to inform you that the issue with level 281 and 301 will be fixed in the next release of Blossom Blast Saga.
If you are playing on a mobile device, please keep an eye out for the next game update in the app store to get back to the adventure! As soon as the update is released then Facebook and King.com will be updated automatically.
Please note that the release can take up to 2 weeks before it’s live on all platforms.

I'm using iPhone 6s and am having the same problem opening level 301.

Same issue but noticed on opening the level the goal is 47000 however when you start playing its 35000?? Perhaps this is the problem?
