Can't go past level 553 error

I've beat level 553 3x and I can't advance. I get "try again"

I had the same problem on the same level. I had a phone upgrade to complete and once the update was done I replayed the level and it recorded my fourth time winning and let me advance.

I've already have IOS 10.0.2 so I can't update my phone and I can't pass level 553

I updated to IOS 10.0.2 and was able to get past it after I beat the level for the 4th time.
