always starts me on lvl 114

On blossom blast I've past lvl 114 to lvl 122. Closed the game went back in the next day and I was back to lvl 114. Thought it was a glitch and though I wasn't happy I played through again. This time I made it to lvl 117. Closed the game next day it was back to lvl 114. Please help me. I don't want to have to delete the game and start from the beginning. very frustrated.

Hello, I'm having trouble with level 103. No matter what I do, I can't win. When I tap on the chocolate fish power-ups, instead of helping, they move to unnecessary chocolates and prevent me from winning. Please address this so I can pass this level.
