Purchased gold bars, credit card charged but did not receive them.

Hi! I purchased the 55 gold bar package for my iOS Blossom Blast Saga on 4 July 2016 so that I can get the 2-hr unlimited life free. I was charged for the payment via my credit card, but I did not receive the gold bars and unlimited life. Pls rectify the issue soonest possible. Thks!

Hello, I'm having trouble with level 103. No matter what I do, I can't win. When I tap on the chocolate fish power-ups, instead of helping, they move to unnecessary chocolates and prevent me from winning. Please address this so I can pass this level.
